Positive: Huge room, huge bathroom, room temperature was ok, very cozy place, vibes of the old times. Perfect location in the city center. Affordable parking 7 min from the hotel.

Negative: Poor wi-fi (around 5mib), clogged sink in the bathroom, squeaky bed

Summary: Almost nothing to complain for this money

Positive: The location couldn't be better--right off the main square in Plzen and the room was spacious and comfortable. I especially appreciated that a floor fan was supplied, as the windows face to the street and needed to be closed at night to keep out noise. The little restaurant downstairs offers a delicious and extremely reasonable priced prix fixe meal. I highly recommend it and the breakfast, which at 10 Euro/20 Crowns is well worth the price.

Negative: The internet didn't work. We were told this was because the hotel was full and there were too many people trying to use it. That's...not okay. The bedspread was also a bit long in the tooth, but that's really a nitpick compared to the internet not working.

Summary: Nice room in convenient location with great breakfast but if you need internet, find somewhere else

Positive: hotel is 20 meter from the main square. close by is a night shop, restaurants and parking spaces. Staff is friendly and helpful. rooms are spacious and clean

Negative: due to sewage repair of the street we could not take our suitcase to the hotel as the road was broken. No fault of the hotel at all!!! it was funny to be creative and planning what clothes to move from the car to the hotel with a shopping bag :)

Positive: The room had plenty of space and was nicely decorated. The location is perfect and the price for the stay was fair. Also the service was always very helpful and open towards the customer.

Negative: The light was too dim and at some moments we wished we had AC installed.
